- 1 Pack Paysan Breton
- French Brie
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Bunch of Fresh Rosemary
- 1 Tbsp Tartuflanghe Truffle Oil
- 4 Tbsp Honey
- Gourmet fresh bread
- Preheat oven to 200C
- Remove brie from packaging & place in the center of a baking sheet wrapped in foil or in a ramekin. Poke several holes in the brie & stuff a couple rosemary sprigs inside, season with garlic powder & a drizzle of olive oil. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Meanwhile in a small bowl add the honey & the truffle oil. Mix well until evenly incorporated.
- Once brie is cooked, serve immediately with fresh bread & a spread of truffle honey.
