Baked Brie with Truffle Honey


  • 1 Pack Paysan Breton
  • French Brie
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • Bunch of Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp Tartuflanghe Truffle Oil
  • 4 Tbsp Honey
  • Gourmet fresh bread


  1. Preheat oven to 200C
  2. Remove brie from packaging & place in the center of a baking sheet wrapped in foil or in a ramekin. Poke several holes in the brie & stuff a couple rosemary sprigs inside, season with garlic powder & a drizzle of olive oil. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile in a small bowl add the honey & the truffle oil. Mix well until evenly incorporated.
  4. Once brie is cooked, serve immediately with fresh bread & a spread of truffle honey.
