Goat Cheese Stuffed Peppadews

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Jar Whole Sweet Peppadews
  • 300g Goat Cheese
  • Bunch of Fresh Chives
  • Black Pepper

METHOD

  1. Season goat cheese at room temperature with pepper & chopped chives in a large plastic bag. 
  2. Snip the edge of the bag and stuff the peppadews; garnish with fresh chives.
  3. Serve on a platter with toothpicks
