Manchego Stuffed Mushrooms


  • 1/2 Cup Manchego Cheese (shredded)
  • 18 Large White Mushrooms
  • 1/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • Maldon Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Breadcrumbs


  1. In a bowl mix the shredded Spanish Manchego cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, sea salt, pepper and olive oil.
  2. Snap off the stems from the mushrooms and fill the cavity with the cheese mixture.
  3. Bake for 20 min in a preheated oven.
  4. Serve on a platter with toothpicks.
