Roasted Veggie Fries

Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Slice your veggies into 1/2 inch wide sticks.
  2. Place veggies in a greased backing pan.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper & paprika. Toss to coat.
  4. Bake uncovered at 200 degrees for 15 minutes or until crisp and golden.
